The Rook & The Roadmap

After The Rook announced its public partnership with Barstool Sports, demand for the company's product skyrocketed. By using the Roadmap as a compass, the company was able to visualize, delegate, and execute on the most important steps that would allow them to scale with the rapid demand. Expanding sales channels with Amazon, obtaining & analyzing customer feedback, and experimenting with branded merchandise were just a few tasks that were proposed. Additionally, we helped The Rook’s management understand how to best assess supplier relationships, how to plan for national shipping, and what was required in rolling-out a sales team to tackle wholesale accounts.
